General contracting of commercial interiors under the rules of shopping centres and office buildings: also at night and in operating premises. One team is responsible for the schedule, subcontractors, acceptance and documentation, and you talk to one person until opening day.
We will perform all activities related to the process of building your premises.
Our project managers will ensure that the construction is carried out without delays and that the coordination between the projects of individual teams run smoothly.
We will comprehensively manage the work in every area of construction – plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building.
Every construction requires post-execution documentation, which we will prepare in accordance with the completed work, construction standards, and expectations of individual shopping centers.
We know that this is a difficult stage of every investment project. Our years of experience and established procedures allow us to thoroughly prepare for every acceptance.
We will not only comprehensively coordinate their work but also negotiate the most favorable rates and deadlines for you.
